1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of all services, facilities, and equipment provided by NexaClub. By accessing the Club, participating in gaming sessions, tournaments, or using any of the Club’s resources, all members, guests, and visitors agree to comply with these Terms. Continued participation or use of the Club constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. Membership and Access

• Membership may be required to access certain areas, equipment, or exclusive events. Memberships are personal, non-transferable, and must be approved by the Club.
• Guests may enter without membership but may be limited in terms of promotions, discounts, or event participation.
• Users must meet minimum age requirements. Minors require parental consent and may need to be accompanied by an adult.

3. Use of Equipment and Facilities

• All computers, consoles, VR systems, and other gaming equipment must be used responsibly.
• Users may not tamper with, damage, or modify equipment. Costs from misuse may be charged to the User.
• Game credits, tokens, or digital currency are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Food and drinks are allowed only in designated areas.

4. Health and Safety

• Users must follow all safety instructions provided by staff or posted near equipment.
• The Club is not liable for injuries caused by reckless use of equipment or pre-existing conditions.
• The Club is smoke-free; alcohol, drugs, and illegal substances are prohibited.

5. Events and Competitions

• The Club may organize tournaments, competitions, and special events. Participation may require registration and acceptance of event-specific rules.
• The Club may reschedule, cancel, or alter events without prior notice.
• Prizes awarded during competitions are final and non-transferable.

6. Code of Conduct

• Users must behave respectfully toward staff and other players. Harassment, abusive language, or aggressive behavior is prohibited.
• Cheating, hacking, or exploiting game systems may result in suspension or permanent banning.
• Users are responsible for personal belongings. The Club is not liable for lost or unattended items.

7. Payments and Refunds

• All purchases, including memberships, entry fees, and game credits, are final unless required by law.
• The Club may adjust pricing, introduce new offers, or discontinue existing packages at any time.
• Refunds, if granted, are at the discretion of Club management.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

• The Club maintains equipment but technical failures may occur.
• The Club is not responsible for disruptions caused by equipment malfunction, maintenance, or external factors.
• Users participate at their own risk. The Club is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or financial loss except in cases of proven negligence.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

• The Club may collect personal information for registration, event participation, and service improvement purposes.
• User data is securely stored and used only for internal purposes.
• Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data in accordance with applicable laws.

10. Amendments to Terms

• The Club reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
• Changes take effect once posted within the Club or communicated to Users.
• Continued use of the Club signifies acceptance of updated Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Club operates.
• Disputes shall first be addressed through negotiation, and if unresolved, submitted to competent courts within the jurisdiction.

12. Final Provisions
